Proceedings of the fifth Upper Indus Basin Network Regional Strategy Committee meeting

The fifth Regional Strategic Committee meeting of the Upper Indus Basin Network (UIBN) was convened on 23 February 2022 to discuss the network’s sustainability, explore deeper ownership by the basin countries, and foster greater collaboration and knowledge sharing among the basin countries. The meeting was attended by chair of the network; country chapter coordinators and co-coordinators from the four riparian countries (Afghanistan, India, China, and Pakistan); advisors; and members from the Secretariat (ICIMOD). The RSC meets biannually to align the strategic direction of the network with changing needs and context.
