Post-event brief on stakeholder consultation on 'Developing a framework for sustainable hydropower in Nepal'

In May 2022, a stakeholder consultative workshop on sustainable hydropower development in Nepal was organised to discuss and assess policies and institutional gaps related to environmentally sustainable hydropower development, formulate recommendations for policy and institutional reform, and identify capacity building needs in Nepal to achieve environmentally sustainable hydropower projects. This post-event brief presents key discussions and issues highlighted during the consultation.
