Tahoe-Baikhal Institute Summer Environmental Exchange (SEE) 2007

The Summer Environmental Programme (SEE 2007), organized by the Tahoe-Baikal Institute (TBI - www.tahoebaikal.org) was a turning point in a member's life. he learned about it from the Mountain Forum online library and had to apply in early January 2007. He was selected as TBI's first participant from Africa and with limited financial resources, TBI organized a fund- raising event via the internet and many others supported him to come for this programme.
