Community Forestry Directives 2052 (1995)

Both the Forest Act 2049 (1993) and the Forest Regulation 2051 (1995) were made in exercise of the power conferred by section 72 of the Forest Act 2049 (1993) and have already come into force by April 1995. Now with the objective of conserving and developing forests and properly utilising forest products by managing community forests mentioned in the Act and Regulation, His Majesty's Government has in exercising the power conferred by Rule 67 of the Forest Regulation 2051 (1995) made further directives.
