Creators
Description
Education is a factor for enlightening people. It is key to empower both men and women and improve their socio-cultural status and quality of life. Therefore, women should have an equal access to education and educational opportunities. But in Nepal, there is a significant disparity in education and educational opportunities among men and women. Women's educational status is lower than men as indicated by their lower literacy rate. Lower educational status has a number of negative consequences in Nepalese women's life.
