The National Land Cover Monitoring System (NLCMS) has been developed to provide annual land cover maps by using consistent remote sensing datasets. This is an operational and flexible system to produce land cover maps from 2000 to 2022. This report provides comprehensive information on land cover statistics and land cover change analysis of 2020 and 2022 at the national, province level and at physiographic regions. These types of information are important for national and international reporting, strategic planning, research, and development in forestry and relevant sectors.
