Bhutan Climate + Change Handbook

This Handbook has been developed as part of the activities implemented under the EU-funded Rural Livelihoods and Climate Change Adaptation in the Himalayas Initiative. This book, with its simple rendering of complex issues, will come in handy for government officials and other local policymakers who wish to understand the impacts of climate change with specific reference to Bhutan.
