Annotation :::: From 2011, the financial sector of the central government of China planned to invest three billion CNY to support the eco-migration project in the middle and southern area of Ningxia, and relocating 350,000 impoverished people from the mountain area not suitable for survival and development. In the last two years, the eco-migration project has gone very smoothly. The construction is in full swing, characteristic industries have been fostered gradually, and the standard of life for people has improved.
