Dr Nakul Chettri is Transboundary Landscape Management and Biodiversity Conservation Specialist with the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD). He has been overseeing the implementation of the MacArthur Foundation-funded landscape approach to biodiversity conservation through development of conservation corridors in the Kangchenjunga Landscape (western Bhutan, Darjeeling and Sikkim in India and eastern Nepal), and the Namdhapa-Hkakaborazi-Gaoligongshan Landscape (Arunachal Pradesh, India, Kachin state, Myanmar and Yunnan Province, China) since 2002.
